Angela Boychuk

Angela is an experienced process consultant specializing in process mapping and process assessment to identify improvement opportunities, and is skilled in applying improvement methodologies to optimize processes. For over 10 years, she was employed with Toronto area consulting firms, working with clients to document, build and design improved processes. She has developed and tracked detailed project plans to manage project scope, budget and timelines.

She has also designed and implemented quality management systems, including documenting processes and procedures, and was a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

Over the years she has worked with clients in public sector, healthcare, retail, banking, utilities, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and recycling industries.  

She is available to work in the Greater Toronto Area or remotely, as well as directly with businesses or on contract basis with other consulting firms.
